Un vero fotografo non è semplicemente un uomo che imbraccia una macchina fotografica alla ricerca dell'insolito. La vera opera d'arte è data da due elementi inscindibili: la fotografia che ritrae ciò che quotidianamente ci circonda, la nostra città come la nostra casa, e, al contempo, l'atto di farla apprezzare ad un pubblico abituato a vedere in continuazione quella stessa casa e quella stessa città, ma stupito dalla consapevolezza di avere di fronte una realtà nuova, mai vista sotto quella prospettiva.

A real photographer is not simply a man who takes up his camera and seeks for the extraordinary. The authentic artwork is given by two inseparable elements: the photography, which depicts what surrounds us every day, our city as our house and, at the same time, the ability (of the photographer) to impress his audience which is used to see the same house and the same city but is now amazed by the awarness of experiencing a new reality in front of his eyes, never seen under this perspective before.
